3. Account Registration

- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
4. Bidding Rules
- All bids are binding and final.
- Once a bid is placed, it cannot be withdrawn or cancelled.
- The highest bidder at the end of the auction is deemed the winner.
5. Payments & Fees
- Winning bidders must complete payment within the specified time (usually 48–72 hours).
- All prices are in AED unless stated otherwise.
- Additional service fees, taxes, or delivery charges may apply.
6. Vehicle Information
Vehicles are sold "as is" with no warranties unless otherwise stated. We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images, but buyers are responsible for inspecting vehicles or requesting additional details before bidding.
7. Non-Payment or Default
- Failure to complete payment may result in account suspension or cancellation of the bid.
- The vehicle may be re-listed or forfeited.
8. Delivery & Pickup
Delivery services may be available at additional cost. Buyers are responsible for picking up vehicles within the specified timeframe or coordinating shipment.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, delays, or issues regarding vehicle condition post-sale.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
